Trifle Recipe

Trifle Recipe Ingredients:
  • 150g / 6oz  Low-Fat Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
    200g / 8oz Strawberry Yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream, whipped
  • 6 cups sliced Fresh Strawberries

Trifle Recipe
Time: 30 min
Serves: 12

Trifle Recipe Instructions:
  • Use electric mixer to combine the cream cheese, sugar, yogurt, and lemon juice in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Do this until the mixture is smooth then fold in the whipped cream and blend until smooth.
  • In a large glass serving bowl, place a layer of fruit then top with a layer of the cream mixture.
  • Then another layer of fruit and end with a layer of cream mixture, smoothing it evenly over the top.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Trifle Recipe Cooking Time:
  • This trifle should take around about 30 min.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Trifle Recipe Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with Double Cream or Ice Cream.
