Pumpkin Cookie Recipe

Pumpkin Cookie Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup Shortening
  • 1 Tablespoon grated Orange Peel
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Time: 20 min
Serves: 10

Pumpkin Cookie Recipe Instructions:
  • preheat oven to 375.
  • Combine sugar, pumpkin, shortening & peel then stir in flour, b. powder, b. soda, cinn,  salt, choc chips.
  • Spoon mixture onto un-greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes, until light brown.
  • Remove from the oven and straight away from cookie sheet then leave on a wire rack to cool
Pumpkin Cookie Recipe Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time 8-10 minutes.
  • Store in a airtight Cookie Jar.

  • Serve with tea or Coffee.
