Molasses Cookie Recipe

Molasses Cookie Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup and 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Light Molasses
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 large Eggs - whites.

Time: 12 min
Serves: 10

Molasses Cookie Recipe Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Spray the cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Stir flour, spices, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together 3/4 cup of the sugar, the molasses, oil, and egg whites until well combine then stir in flour mixture.
  • Place remaining 3 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl.
  • Roll  tablespoon of dough in balls.
  • Roll balls in sugar then place apart on prepared cookie sheet.
  • Bake 12 mins or until lightly golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
Molasses Cookie Recipe Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time 12 minutes.
  • Store in a Cookie Jar.

  • Serve with Tea or Coffee.
