Mexican Recipe

Mexican Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 kg Lean Beef Mince
  • 1 teaspoon Chile Powder
  • 1/2teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • Salt - Pepper to your taste
  • 1 packet frozen chopped Spinach -  defrosted and drained
  • 1 cup Chunky Mexican Salsa
  • 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
  • 8 Flour Tortilla Wraps

Time: 30 min
Serves: 6

Mexican Recipe Instructions:
  • Prepare in a large non-stick frying pan.
  • Brown beef mince over a medium heat for about 8-10 minutes or until brown.
  • Tip off drippings and then season beef with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
  • Mix in spinach and salsa then heat through.
  • Turn off the heat and stir in cheese.
Mexican Recipe Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time is about 30 minutes.
Mexican Recipe Serving Instructions:
  • To serve, spoon 1/2 cup beef mixture in centre of each warm tortilla. Fold burrito style.
