Fish Recipe

Fish Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 pound Perch Fillets - fresh
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Onions - sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano Flakes
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground cumin

Fish Recipe
Time: 25 min
Serves: 4

Fish Recipe Instructions:
  • Heat oven to 350° F.
  • Separate the fish into 4 pieces then place fish in a un-greased 13" by 9" by 2" inch baking pan.
  • Mix paprika, garlic and onion powder, pepper, oregano, and thyme in a mixing bowl.
  • Sprinkle seasoning mixture and lemon juice covering all the fish.
  • Drizzle margarine evenly over fish.
  • Cook until fish flakes very easily about 20 to 25 minutes.
Fish Recipe Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time 25 minutes
  • Allow to cool a little before serving.
Fish Recipe Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with your choice of Vegetables.
  • This Fish dish is great with white wine.
