Brownie Recipe Recipe

Brownie Recipe Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup flour, sifted
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/3 cup Butter
  • 50g / 2oz Unsweetened Chocolate divided
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup chopped Walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Brownie Recipe Recipe Instructions:
  • Sift together the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Melt butter and chocolate over hot water on a low heat.
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar together a little at a time.
  • Blend in the chocolate and butter mixture then mix in flour mixture and blending well.
  • Mix in chopped walnuts and vanilla.
  • Spread brownie batter in a greased and floured 8-inch square tin.
  • Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes.
  • Allow to cool then cut into squares with a sharp knife.

  • Cooking time 25 minutes.
  • Store in a airtight Tin.

  • Serve with Double Cream, Fresh Cream or Custard.
