Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Beef Stroganoff Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion - chopped
  • 2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 oz, Can sliced Mushrooms
  • 10 3/4 oz, Can Cream of Mushroom Soup Undiluted
  • 8 oz, Sour Cream
  • Hot cooked Noodles

Beef Stroganoff Recipe
Time: 1 hour
Serves: 4

Beef Stroganoff Recipe Instructions:
  • Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet until meat is browned.
  • Mix to crumble meat and then drain.
  • Stir in flour, garlic salt,  pepper sliced mushrooms.
  • cook and stir for 1 minute then stir in soup and leave to simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Now add sour cream, and heat thoroughly.
  • Remove from the heat and serve over noodles.
Beef Stroganoff Recipe Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time is about 1 hour.
  • Allow to cool before serving.
Beef Stroganoff Recipe Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with a Nice Red Wine.
